Cancellation Policy

Due to an increased amount of no shows and late cancellations which prevents our business from booking clients that will honor their appointments, Sunkist Organic is now implementing a strict no show and late cancellation policy. When booking online or over the phone, you will be required to enter payment information which will be charged the full amount of the service booked if you are a no show to your appointment. For late cancellations, less than 24 hours ahead of time, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. Anything past 15 minutes from the time of your appointment will be deemed a “no show”. We hope you understand, we have tried to hold off on this policy, but as the business grows, it has become harder on our business to book appointments that will not show up or cancel last minute. Thank you!
